In the southern part of Skopje, on the slopes of Vodno is the locality: "Teferic" as a recreational and tourist location for a picnic, with weekend houses, as well as the cultural landmark the church of St. Transfiguration of Christ. Part of the access road to this area in the length of 1000 m was reconstructed during 2016 and 2017, while the remaining 700 m, which would be covered by phase 3, are in a ruined condition, ie it is currently 3.5 m wide with damaged asphalt and damaged sidewalks as a result of stormwater. The very condition of this access road does not provide adequate conditions for economic development, ie to increase the number of visitors, attractiveness for construction of several facilities (weekend houses, restaurants, summer houses, etc.) in order to provide adequate infrastructure access to this area and cultural and historical object, it is necessary to reconstruct part of the access road, which will be extended up to 5.5 m with sidewalks in width 1m. In the past two phases, a part of the road with a length of 1000m was reconstructed, which envisages the completion of another 700m, which would completely reconstruct the road.
