With the reconstruction of the access road "Rilski Kongres", the traffic regime on the territory of the Municipality of Centar and the Municipality of Kisela Voda is improved, on the localities, Crniche, Przino and Dolno Vodno. Rilski Kongres Street is a traffic corridor that connects the two municipalities, in the east-west direction, connecting them with the main traffic corridors. Rilski Kongres Street is an alternative direction of movement, which enables reduction of the number of vehicles in the periods of rush hour. Creating the possibility to use alternative traffic corridors parallel to the main corridors (Vostanicka Street) will greatly increase the throughput in the North-South direction, connecting the settlements Crniche, Przino and Vodno with the main roads Bulevar Makedonija and Bulevar Kocho Racin and Bulevar Kocho Racin. Ohridski. Due to the current condition of the road and sidewalks, the traffic on Rilski Kongres Street is difficult due to deformations caused by the use of the road. The damages are on both the road and the pedestrian areas, with the realization of the construction conditions will be created for using the full profile of the traffic corridor between the Municipalities of Centar and Kisela Voda. With the reconstruction of this access road, appropriate conditions for economic development will be enabled, ie for increasing the number for construction of more facilities (weekend houses, summer houses, etc.) in the settlements of Crniche, Przino and Dolno Vodno. With this project, the Municipality of Centar, the Municipality of Kisela Voda and the City of Skopje with the reconstruction of Rilski Kongres Street, start cooperation for integrated solution of traffic problems on the territory of the City of Skopje, in order to improve the quality of infrastructure on the territory of the City of Skopje. This project is a coordinated activity between the Municipality of Centar, the Municipality of Kisela Voda and the City of Skopje, for the reconstruction of secondary roads as possible directions of movement that will take over part of the traffic on the highways. The City of Skopje, Kisela Voda and the Municipality of Centar with the realization of this project will start the process of integral solution of the traffic problems on the territory of the City of Skopje.
