The digitization project of Hotel Bistra aims to transform it into a SMART Hotel. Our next investment in digitizing processes requires a new addition with the following solutions: VIRTUAL RECEPTION ● Independent check-in at the hotel (self check in/out) through a terminal/tablet at the reception ● A mobile application through which you can check in, get an RFID key compatible with a stand-alone system and open a door with a mobile phone (NFC) ● Chat bot on a terminal tablet at the reception DIGITAL INFORMER ● Installation of Smart mirrors with basic meteorological and current information and offer by room ● Smart TV sets/dongles that the guest can use for subscription services such as Netflix, HBO and similar ENERGY EFFICIENCY ● EMS (energy management systems) for monitoring and controlling energy consumption and achieving green hotel standards ● Installation of wireless chargers for phones/pads in rooms, lobby, restaurant. ● Installation of smart controllers in rooms and corridors for light
