When the company Unlimited Coders started the Unlimited Academy last year, the goal was to create an environment from which the company itself could educate and create personnel for the needs of its customers and partners as well as for its own needs. The company's expectations were dramatically exceeded, considering that in the first year of the Academy's existence, 110 people applied for the courses. This confirmed the justification of the existence of this academy and the fact that the market needs quality institutions for training, further training or retraining of personnel in the field of foreign and computer languages. However, last year interest for the Academy courses, proved that the capacity of the Academy is small and expansion and re-equipment is needed in order to respond to the market demand. The influx of a large number of students revealed an anomaly in the system of records and management of the courses themselves. Following the practice of our Higher Education State Institutions, the company encountered a gap in the organization and the records of attendance, completed tasks and projects, consultation appointments, test appointments, results records. Hence the idea of developing software for the Academy that will be used by all involved parties, i.e. the mentors, lecturers and management of the Academy on the one hand and the participants - students on the other hand, was born, in order to facilitate the organization and record of the overall activities of the Academy: - attendance record, -records of activity and work tasks, - schedule and changes in the schedule of lectures - testing schedule and changes in it - result record
