Agro Pršovca's current production is harvested mostly by hand and using an older tractor that uses a larger amount of oil, so that in parallel with the increase in the price of oil and oil derivatives, the company faces high fixed costs related to oil. This cost increase contributes to the company's bottleneck in increasing its productivity, with this project the possibilities for technological development and modernization of production processes in the company are considered. The goal of this project is the introduction of modernization of the production method, through the purchase of equipment that will facilitate the method of sowing, milling and pressing. This goal will be achieved through the purchase of a new tractor with lower oil consumption together with several types of attachment machinery, which will contribute to a reduction in costs and also less pollution of the environment. With the purchase of a new tractor and attached machinery (press, seeder, plow, milling machine), Agro Pršovca would reach a higher degree of modernization of the way of work, and at the same time it would enable the employment of young people who will work with these modern machines and at the same time they can work faster and train on the job.
