The main activity of our company is providing educational services, for people of all ages, promoting the concepts of lifelong learning. With this project we aim to introduce: • innovation in teaching processes (teaching styles, instructional practices, tools for teaching, feedback mechanisms, tools for assessment, ways of evaluation, communication with learners…) • increase accessibility to educational services, particularly for the younger population. • diversify and modernize training offer. • save costs on energy consumption, paper use, reduce transport costs and decrease carbon footprint. • increase market participation. • spared our services to foreign markets. We at CES Academy are asking support for this project by FITR, to introduce this innovation in our services, digitize our offer and upscale our activity. The funds from FITR will be used for the development of the E-LEARNER educational platform and the relevant content. The support from FITR will allow us to engage serious IT partners for the development of the E-LEARNER platform. The platform will be developed to be user friendly, easy to navigate, with modern design visualities, placing specific types of trainings. Our educational platform will offer specific types of educational content, currently with high potential on the market and still not available and/or inaccessible for the target groups. The content will be prepared by CES top instructors.
