Interaktiva DB is a family company founded and managed by economists, business consultants and employees with more than 25 years of work in the field of accounting and business consulting, which from the very beginning of the work has a clear idea and concept which is the target group of companies with which it should work and we predicted that the main driver of the economy, with the greatest potential for growth, income and an innovative, flexible and entrepreneurial approach to business are micro and small companies that have been and have remained our main clients ever since. This is exactly our ecosystem of innovative and enterprising clients, that defines our portfolio of services, which has always been based on the innovative use of modern digital technologies, and we think now it is the right time to improve our internal work processes and approach to customers with an innovative approach supported from state-ofthe-art digital solutions, which would not only increase the effectiveness of our work, but we would also gain expertise that we could offer to other companies in our area and beyond. With the proposed project, we have two goals, and as the first goal, we want to overcome the problem of a lack of qualified workers, which is particularly expressed in our industry, with the technological implementation of digital software/hardware tools for online training and after successfully completing the training, inclusion in the company work processes of remote workers. Our second goal is through new technologies, in the first phase, to help improve the work of our existing and future clients (mostly micro and small companies) in several ways - by creating a special CRM (customer relationship management) software module that would provide us with a personalized approach and enhanced customer services, an LMS (learning management system) module through which customers would have access to and be trained in more advanced business and marketing techniques and ways to improve their business, and our original idea gained from the insight in the work of the companies - a module that would analyze the business relations of our clients and detect the possibility of tri-lateral and multi-lateral mutual barter compensations, which would enormously increase the successful billing between the companies and reduce their obligations. We would also connect all these modules with a mobile application for direct customer access to all the information generated by the above mentioned software modules.
