INTRODUCING 3D TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS IN DENTAL SERVICES is a project aimed at facilitating and speeding up the process of dental examination and treatment in more effective and practical manner and with better and sustainable result. The overall goal of the project is to develop a sustainable business model for the dental clinic by introducing new technologies and services, targeting local patients as well as the diaspora and tourists, with the aim of increasing revenue, diversifying the patient base, enhancing the clinic's reputation, and creating opportunities for referrals, while also ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining operational efficiency. The project aims to introduce 3D technological solutions in dental services to improve the accuracy and efficiency of dental procedures through full digital support in development of the new product and services for the clients. Specific Project Objectives are: • Specific Objective 1 - Improve efficiency through digitalization: The implementation of new technology and software can also lead to greater efficiency and productivity. This can help reduce costs, improve the speed of service delivery, and ultimately increase profits. (below explanation on the cost reduction is provided. With the introduction of the innovation technology, such as 3D X-rays, planning software, 3D printers and intraoral scanners, conventional surgical procedures can be surpassed and skipped, wound healing can be accelerated, and teeth can be placed faster and more efficiently in a third of the time compared to traditional work protocols. • Specific Objective 2 - Enhance diagnostic and treatment capabilities: By implementing the latest dental technology and software, we will be able to provide more accurate and comprehensive diagnoses, as well as offer a wider range of treatment options. • Specific Objective 3 - Increased export and presence in market: The project will target diaspora and tourists in the region, as such it will contribute in increase of the revenuesthrough an influx of new patients seeking dental services. This can be particularly beneficial during the peak tourist season. • Specific Objective 4 - Improve patient experience: By incorporating advanced technology such as 3D printing, intraoral dental scanners, and dental radiography, will improve the accuracy and efficiency of the services, ultimately leading to a better patient experience These objectives at large scale will be managed by acquiring 3D scanning and printing technology for dental services and capacitating PHI personnel on the use of 3D technology in their practice, as well as improving patient experience and outcomes by providing more accurate and efficient dental procedures.
