PROJECT DETAILS

The aim of this project is to introduce a quality control inspection service for CNC produced parts backed up with: quality control monitoring and quality control organisation consulting, that will enable the industries using CNC produced parts to increase quality and productivity, while simultaneously saving on costs, time resources. The aim is to offer them a service that will lead to an overall increase of working standards and will help them to compete with manufacturers from Western Europe. To offer this service, the company needs to purchase relevant software as well as state-of-the-art measuring instruments (Q1-Q2). In addition, the company needs to invest in training of the employees and collaborators as well as to develop a detailed business strategy (Q1 - Q3). For that purpose the company requests funding from FITD for a project with 9 month duration. During the project, 1 employee will be engaged and 3 external collaborators. Aside from the project budget, the company will make additional investments in resources and staff to maximise the chances of project success and early market penetration of the service. The owner along with the key team members will make strategic plans before the start of the project to ensure timely project implementation. The entire operations of the project will take place in Skopje and the Republic of Macedonia. This will be serve as a base for future expansion and replicability of the model to international markets.
