The company URETANI DOOEL Shtip was established at the end of 2018, with the idea to develop and produce specific products from special polymers such as liquid two-component polyurethane, polychloroprene (neoprene), fluorine elastomers etc. The reason for founding this company is the identified need on the market for specific parts produced from special polymers possessing specific properties and characteristics. Many of the products produced by the company Uretani are new and customized products for specific application, which production requires research and development activities and that is what makes the company different and attractive to customers. Through cooperation with domestic and international universities, we can provide our customers quality and innovative products based on their special request. Quite a large part of our customers are domestic companies, i.e. 95% who needed research and development of a customized product, and later relied on us for the production of the entire quantity they needed. The company URETANI DOOEL Shtip is represented by Ms. Simona Nikolova. She has a master degree in polymer engineering and 7-years of experience in the polymer industry. She is the owner and the manager of the company. Nikolova has been hardly working and participating in several projects related to the field of polymer production. In addition to basic engineering engagements, she plays an active role in the organization and implementation of the sales, promotion, and development of these and similar products in the industry segment. The company currently employs only 2 people. However, due to the fact that many customers are interested in serial production of their innovative products to be made by us, very often we rely on external collaborators and executors to respond to the customer requests, although the main aim of the company is to work on research and development of polymer mixtures of special materials.
