ARB & AEO 2023 a company that is founded in order to invest time and effort to analyze the market in order for as many talents as possible to find the way to the great demand of the labor market. According to several researches done in the region, it also confirms our idea, and our application as a company for the realization of this project. The research states that: The ICT sector has the highest growth in the last 5 years in the entire country. This trend continues and there is still market demand for further growth in terms of share in national GDP. The sector has a high potential for growth on a global level as well as in our country. Currently, the most successful companies in the region already provide services to companies in the US market and the EU market. There is great potential for the development of human capacities in this sector. Existing ICT companies are interested and continuously invest in human capital training. Salaries in the ICT sector are one of the highest in North Macedonia, and the interest for young people to study in this sector is increasing. The ICT sector represents a large sector where youth in general, and women's employability in particular, can be strengthened throughout the country. The IT industry needs new qualified workers in our country and in the world, and for this reason we came up with the idea to plan, create and implement a project that will train new students to meet the needs of the IT industry. All training will be free. We plan to do this with our expert partners in Tetovo.
