The municipality of Zrnovci, according to the data from the last census, is the smallest municipality in the country with 2084 inhabitants and 3 settlements. It is also the municipality with the most limited financial and human resources. But the needs of the population and the responsibilities of the municipality are the same as the other municipalities. The communal infrastructure and the need to provide clean and healthy drinking water is increasing for the village of Zrnovci, taking into account the climate changes and the smaller flow of water from the Zrnovka River. In the summer months, there is a shortage of water due to the increased consumption of water and the capacity of the water tank. The proposed solution is the construction of a tank for clean water with a capacity of 60 m3 in the village of Zrnovci, the construction of which will increase the capacity and cancel the increased consumption of water in the summer months.
