In the territory of the municipality of Saraj, several public enterprises are currently operating by providing various services to its citizens. The collection of communal waste and the maintenance of fecal sewage systems is carried out by the Saraj PUC, which is founded by the Saraj Municipality Council. In the initial period, as a newly formed public company with a small number of human resources, without adequate experience, modest financial resources, it was forced to perform only the activity of collecting, transporting and disposing of municipal waste in the Drisla landfill. Although the requests and needs of the citizens of the municipality of Saraj for this service were enormous, due to limited resources, the company was forced to provide services only to a small number of citizens from several settlements located around the headquarters of the municipality. Over the years, the enterprise with the support of the municipality of Saraj began to consolidate and the number of settlements and the number of users of the municipal waste collection service gradually increased. Apart from the primary service, with the construction of several faecal sewage systems, it was necessary to staff the PUC Saraj both with machinery and with employees for the maintenance of these systems. Despite the enormous efforts of both the municipality and the company, they are not able to provide these services to all citizens of the municipality of Saraj. For these reasons, we are looking for the above-mentioned financial resources in order to acquire several vehicles with which we will increase the number of users of these services and thereby contribute to the protection of the environment.
