The end users of this project are the residents of this part of the city who already live and the population who have building plots and who plan to start building their homes or other facilities. With the implementation of the activities listed in the proposed project, normal and high-quality living conditions will be ensured, the long-standing problems with connecting the newly built houses to the water and sewage network will be solved.
