The basic problem faced by the citizens of the village of Žurce is the safety of the traffic for access from the regional road R1306 to the village due to an unbuilt bridge on the river Žureshnica. The access street from the regional road R1306 to the village of Žurce is asphalted, but the crossing over the river Žureshnica is not possible with a bridge. The erosive action of the waters from the river makes it impossible to safely cross the river bed, both for pedestrians and motor vehicles. During most of the year, due to the unsafe crossing of the river, citizens are exposed to additional costs and time to access the Regional Road R1306. The construction of the bridge will enable safe traffic from the Regional road R1306 to the village of Žurce, as well as a reduction in costs and travel time due to the shortened connection from the village to R1306.
