The city recreational park as a Fun Sports Recreational Center is planned on a location with an area of about 4 hectares along the course of the Radovishka river, in the upper course of the river, outside the construction area. The location where the construction of the park is planned is at a distance of about 700 m. From the arranged part of the city, which is why it is necessary to provide complete technical documentation for the regulation of the river bed and access streets to the park itself. It is necessary to prepare Urban planning documentation for a building plot with purpose D3, preparation of a revised Basic Project, preparation of an Urban Infrastructure Project with a planning program and expert review, preparation of a revised Basic Project for the regulation of the river bed with all the necessary reports for approval on the same, preparation of a basic project for access streets, preparation of a Basic Project for changes during construction with all accompanying documentation, preparation of a revised traffic project, preparation of a Geodetic report for updated geodetic bases for the needs of the project documentation. During the implementation of the project, opportunities will be created for the development of local and regional potential, both natural and expressed in the development of human potential, something that the municipality faces as a major shortage. The percentage expressed in the total population refers to the total number of the local population of the municipality of Radovish, the population of the region, the population of the cross-border region as well as the population of our country, which are all potential beneficiaries, and expressed as a percentage, it is about 70%.
