The construction of this street should contribute to better communication of the residents of the Kasarna neighborhood with the rest of the city, to the improvement of the social life of the citizens and to the improvement of the quality of life of all the citizens of the municipality. In this complex called Kasarna there are approx. About 30 residential complexes and over 200 family houses. The citizens of this part themselves identified the need to develop and modernize the road infrastructure for the smooth running of everyday life. Over time, this settlement becomes a small town due to the number of residents and their needs are increasing daily. Due to these needs, many markets, pharmacies, and restaurants are opening here.
