COORDINATION SYSTEM IN PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF POLICY FOR BALANCED REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

GINEKO-MEDIKA

PROJECT DETAILS

The goal of this project is to purchase a technology containing of micromanipulator for IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) processes to improve the quality and success rates of fertility treatments provided by Gineko Medika. The micromanipulator will enable the precise manipulation of gametes and embryos during IVF procedures, resulting in increased accuracy and efficiency of the processes. Gineko Medika has identified a growing demand for IVF procedures among its patients. However, the success rates of these treatments can be improved with the use of advanced equipment, such as a micromanipulator. By investing in this technology, Gineko Medika can improve the quality and efficiency of its IVF services and better meet the needs of its patients. Micromanipulator can help in examining genetic anomalies of embryos by allowing for precise manipulation of individual cells during embryo biopsy procedures. In pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) or pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT), a small biopsy of cells is taken from an embryo and analyzed for genetic abnormalities before it is transferred to the uterus. The micromanipulator can be used to extract a single cell or a small group of cells from the embryo with high precision, minimizing the risk of damage to the remaining cells. This allows for accurate genetic analysis of the sample and can provide valuable information about potential genetic abnormalities that could affect the health of the resulting baby. In addition, the micromanipulator can also be used for other IVF procedures, such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), where a single sperm is injected directly into an egg to fertilize it. The micromanipulator can help guide the injection needle with high accuracy, improving the success rates of the procedure. Overall, the use of a micromanipulator can improve the quality and efficiency of IVF procedures.
