The streets "PR4, Pr16 -1, Pr1 and Pr3 are located in the village. Plasnica. With the construction and reconstruction of these streets, the living conditions of the population living in that part as well as for the entire settlement are significantly improved. Over the past year, there is a growing need to modernize and brochure the infrastructure, due to the fact that more people live in that part of the village and a number of new buildings have been built. At the moment, this infrastructure construction is earthy and on rainy days it is not passable at all. Drainage of surface waters and solved in accordance with the technical solution based on the project documentation. The construction works provided in this project also refer to the connection of a large part of the existing road network, in the village of Plasnica, where several streets that are densely populated are households that live in this village. The realization of this project will overcome the following problems: - Construction and reconstruction of these streets will enable faster and safer traffic in the settlement. - Better living conditions in the settlement Plasnica as well as for the whole municipality. Regarding the efficient solution of the above problem, it is the following, for the efficient solution of the problem with the atmospheric water, a slope of the lane with a size of 2.0%, -5.0% is foreseen depending on the needs and the technical norms and regulations, such as concrete gutters. It is recommended before the construction of this road to build the newly designed storm sewer in accordance with the urban documentation with all the necessary elements, manholes and gutter connections.
