PROJECT DETAILS

The project context and problem that is overcome by the proposed regional project refers to the problem of the intensive use of fossil fuels and the emission of pollutants into the air through the existing heating systems of public municipal facilities in the region due to the low standards of energy efficiency. The realization of this regional project will result in significantly reduced emissions of polluting substances in the air and a higher quality standard of learning and work in education in the region, as well as in economic savings of the municipal heating budgets in the long term. Also, with the realization of the activities of part of the project, electricity will be produced from renewable energy sources for six public facilities in the region.
