The lack of ready-made technical documentation and feasibility studies in the municipalities of the Pologsk Planning Region as a problem has been identified for a long time, the lack of it was a major obstacle in securing funds for financing specific project proposals and thus solving specific problems faced by the municipalities . When analyzing and identifying the problems and priorities when applying with ready-made project proposals, the municipalities and the Center for the Development of the Pologsk Planning Region as one of the main problems arises the lack of ready-made project applications, technical documentation and feasibility studies, which are very important for essential infrastructure and execution projects, taking into account what was said above, it was established that it is of special importance for the municipalities from PPR and for the region as a whole, the preparation of a set of technical documentation and feasibility studies, which are currently very significant from various aspects for the development of the municipalities and for the development of the region as a whole.
