It is a local road route that is of special community and economic importance for the Municipality of Saraj, that is, for the settlements that gravitate to the Vodno forest park and along the Tresca river (Sishevo, Grcec, Krushopek), with about eight thousand inhabitants. Although it is a very important road, it is in a very bad condition, it is not used for the purpose for which it was intended and for which the inhabitants of these villages need. We note that along the entire length of the road there are hundreds of hectares of fertile arable land. from which farmers from this region produce two crops per year (early garden crops) ecologically healthy, which contribute a lot to the local economic development of the Municipality and to reducing unemployment, especially in this global crisis period that we are going through. It is also important to note that the aforementioned villages are part of the Saraj-Matka recreational zone, emphasized in all important development documents of both the Municipality of Saraj and the City of Skopje, for the development of tourism, recreation, sports, etc., and recently updated outside our country with the natural beauties that this region possesses. The village of Grcec was declared a settlement with such status by the Decision on the determination of areas with specific development needs (Official Gazette of RSM no. 263/19).
