The existing track on the road "1" and its branches is made of concrete and part of earth and passes between the existing houses and its existing width is 2.5-3.5 m. The concrete from which the streets are built is in a very bad condition and the same parts of it are broken, and to enable unhindered and safe access to the house, the project envisages the reconstruction of the street "1" and the branches of the street "1 ". The damage to road "1" is largely a consequence of the excavations that were carried out for the construction of underground infrastructure facilities (electrical installations, telephone installations, hydraulics, etc.). With the construction of road "1" in the village of Upper Jabolçisht, the connection of smooth traffic with the local road will be enabled, and at the same time the access to the mountain massifs of Jakupica and Dautica will be improved, this road will be used. by the inhabitants of the village of Upper Jabolcishte and mountaineers from the country and abroad who visit the Solunska Gllava peak, the importance of the functionality of the road "1" should be taken into account that it is of great importance for the protection of the environment, especially the protection of forests and pastures that lie near the village of Upper Jabolcishte. Upper Jabolçishte village is one of the largest settlements with 1741 inhabitants. In the city of Upper Jabolcishti, 700 children follow the educational process in OSHM "Liria" from the first grade to the ninth grade. There are 2 general clinics and 1 pharmacy that provide basic health services to residents.
