Preparation of technical documentation for local and regional roads

PROJECT DETAILS


The current condition of the roads proposed for preparation of technical documentation in this project does not meet the needs for normal and safe traffic due to the ruin of the road construction from the long period of exploitation and external influences, and at the same time on some of the existing streets congestion in the tourist season. The project envisages preparation of technical documentation (infrastructure and basic design) for several roads on the territory of six municipalities in the Southwest region. Preparation of technical documentation - infrastructure and basic design with revision should be done for the following roads: 1. Municipality of Struga Basic project for construction of a collection street "TOURIST" from the junction with the street "EAST KOLEKTORSKA" to a roundabout from the TIDZ zone near the river Sateska in the Municipality of STRUGA with a length of 3,500.00 meters. The total width of the street is 29.50 meters, of which: two sidewalks with a width of 2.00 m, two curb dividing lanes with a width of 2.25 m, two bicycle lanes with a width of 1.50 m, two roads with a total of four lanes with a width of 3.50 m, and a middle dividing lane with a width of 4.00 m. The "TURISTICKA" assembly street intersects with two existing streets and two newly designed streets. The intersection between the Assembly Street "TURISTICKA" and the assembly street at "EURO HOTEL" should be solved with a roundabout and the intersection with the other existing and planned streets should be solved with four-legged intersections and the route of the assembly street "TOURIST according to" plan, the general urban plan and the state urban planning documentation for TIDZ-Struga. (Attachment - Project task for Turisticka collection street). 2. Municipality of Ohrid 2.1 Preparation of technical documentation for the road leading to the church of St. Atanasija - Ohrid, in length of 1460.00 m, width of lanes 3.00 m, sidewalk 2 * 0.50 m, (Attachment - Project task); 2.2 Preparation of a basic project for a pedestrian path from "Clock Tower" to "Upper Gate", with an average width of 2.50 meters and a length of 550.00 meters. The design should also provide lighting that will be authentic for this part of the city of Ohrid and it would fit in with the already existing street lighting. (Attachment - Project task). 3. Municipality of Makedonski Brod 3.1 Preparation of a basic and infrastructural project for construction of a local road from the village. Breznica to the village Tazhevo with a length of 5030.00 meters, width of the road of 3.5 m and on both sides to have a sidewalk of 0.50 m. Drainage of the road should be done through transverse slopes, longitudinal slopes, ditches and culverts. The road construction of this section is relatively good, it is made of natural buffer material. The slopes of the excavations are stabilized and there are no signs of their subsidence. The route should be guided and adjusted according to the existing route. Preparation of Infrastructure project - for construction of a local road from the village. Breznica to the village of Tazhevo in the length of 5030.00 m in the municipality of Makedonski Brod is to enable real organization of the space that will lead to optimal realization of the project in accordance with the updated geodetic base, laws and bylaws that regulate this matter. The ownership of the existing plots and the functional whole of the space should be respected, by incorporating optimal parameters for the realization of the construction, optimal solutions of the infrastructure, creating real conditions for the realization of the line infrastructure construction. The construction of the road will contribute to better connection and safer traffic in the municipality of Makedonski Brod. (Attachment - Project task). 3.2 Preparation of Basic and Infrastructure project for construction of a local road from the village of Modrishte to the village of Vir in the municipality of Makedonski Brod. The local road for which technical documentation should be prepared should have a road width of 3.50 m, a length of 5575.00 m and a sidewalk of 0.50 m on both sides. Drainage of the road should be done through transverse slopes, longitudinal slopes, ditches and culverts. The road construction of this section is relatively good, it is made of natural buffer material. The slopes of the excavations are stabilized and there are no signs of their subsidence. Guide the route and adjust it to the existing route. The infrastructural project should enable real organization of the space that will lead to optimal realization of the project in accordance with the updated geodetic base, the laws and bylaws that regulate this matter. Modrishte to the village of Vir in the length of 5575.00 m in the municipality of Makedonski Brod. The construction of the road will contribute to better connection and safer traffic in the municipality of Makedonski Brod. (Attachment - Project task). 4. Municipality of Debrca 4.1 Preparation of Infrastructure and Basic project for reconstruction of a street in the village of Volino, municipality of Debrca. The street has a road width of 4.00 m and on both sides there is a sidewalk with variable width according to the terrain conditions. The total length of the street is 1000.00 m and the asphalt should be leveled and upgraded. Guide the route and adjust it to the existing route. (Attachment - Project task) 4.2 Preparation of Infrastructure and Basic project for reconstruction of a local road from the village of Botun to the Monastery of St. The Mother of God and the Church of St. Bogorodica, Municipality of Debrca. The local road is 2000.00 meters long, the width of the road is 4.00 m and on both sides there should be a sidewalk of 0.50 m. Drainage of the road should be done through transverse slopes, longitudinal slopes, ditches and culverts. The road construction of this section is relatively good, part of it is made of natural buffer material, and part of it is asphalted. The slopes of the excavations are stabilized and there are no signs of their subsidence. The route should be guided and adjusted according to the existing route. (Attachment - Project Assignment) 5. Municipality of Debar 5.1 Basic project for streets in the village of Banjishte Preparation of investment-technical documentation - Basic project for streets in the village of Banjishte, Municipality of Debar in the length of 950 meters. The design elements are in accordance with the road rank, terrain class and relevant traffic. When preparing the investment-technical documentation for construction of rural roads for BAJISHTE, the following project elements should be taken into account: - Mountain terrain - The horizontal solution of the streets should be foreseen on the existing paths on the terrain by expanding them in certain places where the width is small. - The size of the streets is foreseen with a width of 3.00 m road and 2 x 1.00 m sidewalks. To reduce the width of the sidewalk in the parts where there is not enough width for a full profile of 5 m. Also on the parts where the drainage ditches will be performed in the sidewalks. In the rest of the drainage ditches to be provided of concrete, cast on site and as needed in certain places and for passage with pipes min. ф 250mm. (Attachment - Project task). 5.2 Preparation of a basic project for reconstruction of streets in the village of Dolno Kosovrasti Basic project for reconstruction of streets in the village of Dolno Kosovrasti, municipality of Debar in the length of 800.00 m. The design elements should be in accordance with the road rank, terrain class and relevant vehicles. During the preparation of the investment-technical documentation for the construction of a rural road in the village of Dolno Kosovrasti to take into account the following project elements: - Mountain terrain - The horizontal solution of the streets should be foreseen on the existing paths on the terrain by expanding them in certain places where the width is small. - The size of the streets is projected with a width of 3.50 m road and 2 x 1.00 m sidewalks. To reduce the width of the sidewalk in the parts where there is not enough width for a full profile of 5.50 m. Also on the parts where the drainage ditches will be performed in the sidewalks. In the rest of the drainage ditches to be provided of concrete, cast on site and as needed in certain places and for passage with pipes min. ф 250mm. - The vertical solution should be adjusted to the existing terrain, because the terrain is mountainous and the longitudinal slopes are greater than the allowed ones. If the permitted falls are applied, the entrances to the houses and yards will undergo major changes and will not be in function of their service. (Attachment - Project task). 5.3 Basic project for streets in the city of Debar Basic project for streets in the city of Debar. The proposed streets should enable better traffic flow in the city, which will provide better conditions for safe, efficient city traffic and diversion of transit traffic from the city center. 1. BRANCH OF STREET 8-MI SEPTEMVRI (from the Police Station Building to the Mosque building with a clock with connection to the boulevard ,, 100 ,,) with a length of 298.00 m, street profile 10.00 m with a road width of 6, 00 m and sidewalks 2 x 2.00 m. According to the DUP for part of Block 3 locality ,, A ,, (Newly planned street ,, 1 '' with a length of 80.00 m and profile of the street 14.20 m with a road width of 6.00 m and sidewalks 1x 1.50 + 1x5,70 m and newly planned street ,, 2 ,, with a length of 218,00 m and profile on the street 9,00 m with a road width of 6,00 m and sidewalk 2x 1,50 m). According to the detailed urban plan for part of block 3 locality ,, A ,, - Debar. 2. BRANCH OF STREET 205 - (connection of the settlements Venec 1, street "Zija Mersovski" and the settlement "Venec 2", street "205") length 150.00 m, width of the profile of the street 11.00 meters with road 7.00 m and sidewalks 2x 2.00 m. According to the detailed urban plan for part of blocks 12, 13 and 14. (Attachment - Project task). 6. Municipality of Vevcani 6.1 Preparation of a basic project for reconstruction of the access street "SHOPEV MOST - HEALTHCARE", municipality of Vevcani The local street for which technical documentation should be prepared should be 650.00 m long, the road width 5.50 m and sidewalks as needed according to the available space. 6.2 Preparation of a basic project for reconstruction of the service street "TRAFO-VARVARA", municipality of Vevcani. The local street for which technical documentation should be prepared should have a length of 450.00 m, a road width of 6.00 m and sidewalks as needed according to the available space 2 x 1.50 meters. 6.3 Preparation of a basic project for reconstruction of the local street "CENTER - VEVCANI IZVORI", municipality of Vevcani. The local street for which technical documentation should be prepared should be 450.00 m long, the road width 5.50 m and sidewalks as needed according to the available space. 6.4 Preparation of a basic project for construction of a local street "GREEN MARKET - ZITANVO PLEVNE", municipality of Vevcani. The local street for which technical documentation should be prepared should be 550.00 m long, the road width 5.50 m and sidewalks as needed according to the available space. For all four streets (6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4) in the project documentation, the street drainage should be solved through the longitudinal slopes, transverse slopes, and the channel. When designing, the terrain conditions and spatial constraints should be taken into account, ie the scope-defined profile of the existing local street should be observed. Also, during the design, care should be taken to preserve the existing entrances and accesses to the construction plots along their entire length and the existing open concrete channels. Provide additional transverse channels along the entire length with metal bars to remove stormwater from the street to the open concrete channels depending on the configuration of the terrain, the slope of the street and underground installations. Guide the route and adjust it to the existing route. (Attachment - Project task for each street in Vevcani). Problems that need to be overcome relate to the sphere of road infrastructure, economic development, improving the quality of life and preserving the environment. Specific problems that are expected to be overcome are the following: - Reducing the risks arising from poor road infrastructure; - The improvement of the road infrastructure in the region should enable more functional, more efficient, safer and more modern traffic; opportunities for boosting economic activities and increasing the number of employees; - Revival of the local economy in the large number of settlements and stopping the process of migration of the settlement to the larger urban centers - Overcoming the congestion in the tourist season, especially in the most visited destinations in the Southwest region - Ohrid, Struga and Vevcani; - The project should increase the opportunities for economic growth in rural areas by developing rural and alternative tourism; - Improving the road infrastructure leading to tourist attractions; - Reduction of fuel costs and maintenance of vehicles; - Reduction of harmful gas emissions by opening new roads and reducing the level of pollution in urban centers due to shortening of the road to be traveled by motor vehicles; - Encouraging activities for opening small businesses and development of alternative tourism. The project is directly aimed at improving the road infrastructure in urban and rural areas. This project envisages the preparation of technical documentation for the reconstruction of existing roads as well as the construction of new roads that contribute to the regional connection of settlements in the Southwest region.
