MUNICIPALITY OF STRUGA - JOUDG "March 8" - The building itself is a kindergarten, with two levels, ground floor and in part of the building there is a basement with which there is no hot connection with the ground floor. The structural system of the building is solved as a reinforced concrete skeletal system, placed on reinforced concrete foundation strips, in one part reinforced with reinforced concrete foundation singles, and in accordance with the static calculation and reinforcement details. The outer walls of the building are thick with d = 25 cm, they are made of ceramic blocks with extended plaster, while the inner partition walls are with different thickness (from 12 cm to 25 cm) and it is planned to make ceramic blocks in extended mortar as well. The roof is envisaged and designed as a multi-water roof combined as a multipurpose (single and double) chair, placed and solved on a reinforced concrete roof slab. The interior of the building is old and has not been renovated in the last few years. Some of the entertainment rooms are adapted for classrooms, while some for offices. MUNICIPALITY OF STRUGA - Administrative building of the Municipality - The building is intended for the administrative building of the Municipality of Struga, an existing administration building, and is on 4 levels, ground floor and three levels. Some of the windows were reconstructed at the time when part of the building was being upgraded. Most of the remaining old windows are wooden and old. The new windows will heat the space faster and easier and will significantly reduce the heat loss that occurs through the windows. MUNICIPALITY OF DEBAR - Primary school "Riste Risteski", for the needs of the primary school, the roof, facade and change of carpentry of the building should be repaired. The roof structure of the building is relatively good but the tiled roof is in very bad condition and the roof needs to be changed. Gutters, parapets, dilatations, chimneys are worn and damaged. The school has 5 classrooms and 123 students attend classes in two shifts. The construction is made of reinforced concrete columns and beams and the mezzanine construction on the first floor is made of mountafert elements. The roof structure is made of wooden bars. MUNICIPALITY OF OHRID - Primary school "Hristo Uzunov" - The main goal of this activity is to reduce the consumption of electricity and heat by replacing windows and doors. Windows and doors have a great function in every building. 10% of heat losses are realized through windows and doors. These losses can be reduced to a minimum by replacing old windows and doors with new ones, which have improved features and help reduce heat loss. The new windows and doors will heat the space faster and easier and will significantly reduce heat loss through windows and doors. There are currently a number of types of windows and doors with improved features. In addition to thermal insulation, the new windows provide improved sound insulation. There are windows that are double and triple glazed with thermal insulation glass, covered with wooden, aluminum or plastic (PVC) frame, with filling between the glasses of inert gas - argon, which acts as an insulator. Such windows and doors are thermal packages that provide increased thermal and sound insulation and they are energy efficient windows. They have high resistance to atmospheric influences and are long-lasting. According to technical conditions and standards in the EU, energy efficient windows are mandatory in all new buildings. The basic project envisages replacement of old windows and doors with a total of 163 pieces. MUNICIPALITY OF DEBRCA (first phase) - The existing building was built in the 50s of the last century, the building with the original purpose to live and functions as a Cooperative House in the village of Trebenishta, never came to life and did not fulfill its designed, intended purpose. The time distance of 60 years, as well as the choice of materials used in the construction of the building and the indulgence of the tooth of time inevitably contributed to the building being in an unenviable condition. The existing building has a height of ground floor and first floor. The constructively existing building is built as a massive construction with load-bearing stone walls with d = 60cm, built with extended plaster. The mezzanine, ceiling and roof construction are wooden. MUNICIPALITY OF VEVCANI - In the municipality of Vevcani it is planned to reconstruct the external facade with a new thermal facade in the public building which is owned by the municipality and it is the House of Culture. The existing facade is without thermal insulation and is old from the time the building was built. Given the fact that this is a large facility with a usable area of ​​2025 m2, the intervention will provide large energy savings and will create better working conditions. MUNICIPALITY OF KICHEVO - PS "Sande Sterjoski" - The existing school building has a floor of P + 2 - ground floor and two levels. The school building was built in 1973, and in recent years in order to reconstruct and improve working conditions for greater thermal protection and rehabilitation of the roof has been approached a series of construction activities. In 2008, the roof of the whole school was reconstructed with a finished roof made of profiled plasticized sheet metal, as well as the reconstruction of the facade and partially the windows of the school. Existing windows need to be replaced and doors made of wooden profiles, glass partitions in the school halls made of metal profiles, single glazed, as well as some of the windows that have already been replaced and are made of PVC profiles on the school ground floor, but due to poor construction and installation are damaged and deformed. The replacement of the windows and doors will provide improvement of the living and working conditions in the building, as well as improvement of the energy characteristics of the primary school.
