In the municipality of Caska, the beginning of the local road to the village of Gorno Vranovci is directly in front of the village Lisiche, ie at the junction with the regional road R 2344 (connection R132 Caska - Lisice - Drenovo), and the road ends in the village of Gorno Vranovci in front of the House of Culture. The first phase of the road reconstruction is completely completed and the road is secured for traffic. Part of the funds needed for the reconstruction of this road construction in 2016 are provided by the World Bank and 850 m of the road have been completed. The current condition of the road whose reconstruction is included in the second phase of the basic project for the reconstruction of the road to S. Gorno Vranovci indicates that it is in very poor condition, unsafe for traffic, in some parts there is complete damage to the asphalt road, trapped drainage ditches, damaged irrigation ditches, overgrown with vegetation, culverts and damaged sidewalks. The existing earth channels are partially covered, so that the atmospheric water flows on the surface of the road from the road, damaging the upper layer of the asphalt. This condition aggravates the winter maintenance during the appearance of snow cover, ie, in places where there are larger holes, mechanical damage occurs during the snow cover. The reconstruction of the road will have a multiple positive impact on the daily life of the local population and all other visitors to the village, given the fact that in the village there are many weekend houses whose owners come from Caska and the neighboring municipality of Veles. The project will have a positive impact in the area of ​​educational services, namely in the village of Gorno Vranovci are the regional classrooms from first to fifth grade within the municipal primary school "Lirija" from the village of Gorno Jabolciste. In the school year 2017/2018 in the regional school Lirija in Gorno Vranovci follow a curriculum, a total of 38 students. The children themselves They continue their education in the primary school "Lirija" Gorno Jabolciste and 21 students travel every day on the route Gorno Vranovci - Gorno Jabolciste, ie 21 km. The children from the secondary education attend regular classes in Veles and every day 15 students travel 33 km from the village in the municipality of Veles. Facilitating the conditions for active participation in the education system and social life will have a positive effect on the spirit of the young person, making available to him all the benefits of everyday life, as well as stimulating further education and training. Also, the reconstruction of the road will provide easier access of the local population to health care institutions to the municipality itself, as well as to the hospital in Veles, as a larger health institution that can respond to the health problems of these people. The first phase for reconstruction of this local road which is in the final phase was applied by the Center for Development of Vardar Planning Region with the annual list of project proposals for 2019 to the Ministry of Local Self-Government - Bureau for Regional Development. This project would complete the local road that connects the village of Gorno Vranovci with the regional road R2344 Caska-Drenovo. In the village of Podles, the artificial reservoir Lake Podles was built in 1986 and it has the opportunity to increase the capacity, with the main source of water supply from the river Vodnik. The lake belongs to the territory of the Cadastral Municipality of Gradsko with a dam height of 21 m, a dam length of 164.5 m and a total reservoir volume of 400.00 10/3 m3, an area of ​​75000 m2 and a catchment area of ​​12.6 km2. The purpose of the reservoir is to provide technological water and irrigation, using the irrigation capacity of an average area of ​​1 km2. The minimum level reached by the reservoir is at an altitude of 567.00 meters above sea level from the maximum safety level of 585.00 meters above sea level. The Belgrade-Skopje-Thessaloniki railway, Corridor 10 and the regional road M5 pass through the territory of the Municipality of Gradsko and that good positioning is a real opportunity for development of transit tourism and for attracting domestic and foreign tourists. Visiting this tourist destination continues to stagnate, as it is not available to all categories of visitors. Passengers passing through the region do not have the opportunity to meet basic needs during the trip, and their longer stay in the country can hardly be said. There are only gas stations along the road with a very modest offer. Others facilities such as information points, signposts, promotional materials do not exist. This situation imposes the need for immediate and immediate solution of the problem, because it affects the dynamics of the overall development of the region and the country. Given that tourism can bring a lot of income and improve the economic situation in the region, serious efforts should be made to use the natural, spatial, market, communication and other resources of the region. In order to overcome the previously mentioned situation, by undertaking project activities for asphalting the local road in the village of Podles, which is close to Lake Podles will grow into a recreational tourist center that will become more accessible and more attractive to domestic and foreign tourists. The realization of the project will contribute to preventing nature from destruction, will bring the natural beauties closer to the inhabitants of the Vardar region and the Republic of Macedonia, will create opportunities for employment of the local population, will promote the region, its culture, tradition and healthy lifestyle. The Vardar region will revive, economically strengthen and prevent migration (village-town) of the local population and will be a real solution to overcome this problem. The Center for Development of Vardar Planning Region through the project "Equipping and arranging a recreational tourist center - Lake Podles, village Podles, Municipality of Gradsko" which was in the annual list of project proposals for 2015 to the Ministry of Local Government - Bureau for Regional Development, summer houses were set up at six locations around Lake Podles, With the realization of this project, the goal will be achieved and these locations will be improved, which will enrich the tourist offer in the Region.
