Local roads are of great importance for the development of regional planning regions, the local economy, attracting new investments, small businesses and agricultural activities. For that purpose, it is necessary in the South-East planning region to create the necessary conditions for development, arrangement and construction of local roads that will improve the living standard and will facilitate the communication of the population and thus would increase the economic development. The existing condition of the local road from the settlement Borievo in the municipality of Bosilovo to the settlement Koleshino in the municipality of Novo Selo is in many poor condition and causes a series of problems for farmers, including increased costs, quality losses and other problems. This road is a connection of the farmers to the main distribution center in the village. Koleshino and to their arable land in the area. On the other hand, tourists who visit the tourist sites that can be reached through this road face inadequate road infrastructure, travel inconvenience and delayed arrival time to the desired destination. The communication of the inhabitants of the two villages Borievo and Koleshino, in particular of pensioners and people with disabilities is difficult, because these two villages are connected by a road that is dirt, narrow and in very poor condition. The local road starts from the settlement Borievo to the settlement Koleshino and it is 6410 m long. Based on the already prepared basic project for a local road in the village of Borievo, municipality of Bosilovo and village of Koleshino, municipality of Novo Selo, the project of construction of the bridge Borievo-Koleshino in length 30m and width 6m has already been completed with financial support from the Bureau for Regional Development. this project will work on earthworks and Asphalting in the construction of a part of a local road v. Borievo - v. Koleshino - first phase which will include construction of a local road in the length of 2200 m. The current condition of this local road is not urbanistically suitable for normal traffic and the existing dirt road is in very poor condition and is difficult to pass for motor vehicles, especially after rain and snow, with the road direction with arrangement and construction of it will enable the traffic to run normally without obstacles, which would facilitate the communication of the population living in this settlement, and also This will solve the problem of insufficient connection of agricultural land and will enable the creation of a safe and efficient system of movement of people and goods. This local road is especially important for the visitors of the Koleshinski Waterfalls and Monospitovo Swamp, which creates difficulties in traveling to these tourist sites in different weather conditions and extends the travel time. The use of this road is the same thus causing problems for traders and farmers, such as increased transport costs and losses due to the reduction of the quantity of trade and agricultural products. The modern access to the tourist sites certainly creates conditions for more intensive development of tourism in the region. The most famous tourist sites in this part are the Gabrovo, Koleshino and Smolare waterfalls, further the locality Pirgo, Mokrinski Izvori, Monospitovsko Blato and Bath Bansko. Improving the road infrastructure enables faster and easier access to these sites for both domestic and foreign tourists. As a general conclusion, it can be concluded that the condition of this road in the region in terms of length is at a much lower level compared to other regions. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange it, so that with the construction of the road in the village. Borievo - v. Koleshino will improve communication between the citizens from the surrounding settlements, there will be improvement of the transport of agricultural products to the distribution centers and to the markets abroad, the movement of people and goods will be relieved on the only connection that moves from Bansko-Murtino-Robovo-highway A4 , the communication between the Podbelasica region with the valley of the Strumica valley will be facilitated and the development of tourism will be enabled with easy access to the tourist sites in the region. The development of the local road network indirectly contributes to the improvement of the competitiveness of agriculture in the Southeast planning region. The three partner municipalities in this project, as well as the entire Southeast Planning Region is predominantly agricultural and the main activity of the rural population is precisely agriculture. In the village of Koleshino there is a Purchase Center for agricultural products where people from these areas sell their products. Due to this, the construction of such a local road contributes to faster and easier transport of products, improving the market offer and increasing the competitiveness of the entire region.
