The assessment is that this problem will be solved once and for all, vital for the area, from any aspect, for example, the realization will stop the migration abroad, which at the moment can be freely said that we are leaders, but of course it is not for something good, which means the situation is very bad, so by investing in infrastructure, both domestic and foreign investors will invest. Condition of the target area The area, v. Matejce is an area with specific needs, which currently, at a distance of 3 km from the seat of the Municipality, and also in the middle of this village passes the regional road R 1104, a road that connects the Municipality of Lipkovo, connects the region with the capital , Skopje, there are more households that will be able to use it, so we as a Municipality give preference to this settlement as soon as possible to finally complete the main network, because the secondary network, we Municipality in cooperation with the residents we will realize and finally solve a big project for those residents. In the area of ​​the village Matejce, direct users are more than 3349 inhabitants according to the census from 2002, and surely the real number exceeds 4500 inhabitants, because many citizens of this settlement have not yet resolved the status of citizenship and also the number of non registered in the census of 2002 is large, because many are abroad, and indirectly more than 20,000 inhabitants of the Municipality and more than 130,000 inhabitants of the region, because the village Matejce is a village that connects all other settlements of the Municipality and the region where a large number of people pass.
