This project is a priority among other projects for many reasons. The existing industrial zone does not have the capacity to cover all business entities that perform business activities, due to which there is a need to expand it and not only to meet the needs of existing business entities but also to attract other potential investors. This project is intended to meet the needs of the economy in the municipality as a target group of the project. The project will open new opportunities for the economy by offering favorable conditions for performing economic activities. The urbanization of the uninhabited place for economic purposes will offer the business entities as a target group the opportunity to buy urbanized construction land, for their needs in order to expand their activities or to open the possibility for them to perform new activities or new business. ideas. The municipality of Vrapciste has about 350 business entities. Having in mind that the companies that give the most contribution to the development of the small economy in the municipality are looking for an opportunity to expand their activities, this data makes the project economically viable and useful not only for the municipality but also for the region. Other beneficiaries of the project are the municipalities of Gostivar and Bogovinje, which border the municipality of Vrapciste, ie potential business entities that will invest in this location. The population will benefit from the project in terms of creating new jobs and reducing the number of employees. The municipality from the realization of the project will have an inflow of funds from the sale of construction land and from the tax on real estate and rights, also with the facilities that will be built in the future, the business entities will have to pay utility and administrative fees. Direct beneficiaries of the project will be the municipality and the business sector (over 400 business entities), but the beneficiaries of the results will be about 50,000 inhabitants from the aforementioned municipalities.
