Almost half of the sidewalks along the regional roads have been built recently on the territory of the municipality of Tearce. But there remain settlements where the construction of sidewalks is not covered by technical documentation. The problem is that there is a daily threat and danger to human health for free and safe movement. The problem greatly affects the safety of children and the elderly who use these roads, because the number of motor vehicles is growing daily. This fact is reflected in the increasing number of traffic accidents that occur on these roads. In the part of the regional road Tetovo - border crossing Jazince - R1203 part of the village. Dobroshte towards the village. Audrey has not built sidewalks, but there is no technical documentation. The number of inhabitants of the two settlements is 5,280 inhabitants, the village of Dobroshte has 3,549 inhabitants while the village. Audrey has 1,739 inhabitants with about 20 businesses. In order to overcome this situation, we urgently need to continue with the construction of sidewalks along this regional road, which will also contribute to the modernization of the road infrastructure in these villages. The target area where the project will be realized is the area of ​​the village. Dobroshte and s. Audrey. - The target group, ie users / beneficiaries of the project will be the residents as well as the economic entities located in this area. Indirect users will be all residents of the municipality of Tearce. - The demands or needs of residents, parents and businessmen are everyday and really have difficulties in safe, free and unimpeded movement.
