О.У. "Bedri Tairi" v. Gorno Svilare is located in the village. Gorno Svilare, where about 70 students from first to fifth grade attend classes in five classes. The building contains three classrooms and other ancillary rooms. Heating is done individually, each room separately with stoves that use firewood. According to our data, the annual consumption of firewood is about 40 m3. О.У. "Sami Frasheri" v. Shishevo is located in the village. Shishevo, where 63 students from first to fifth grade attend classes, arranged in five classes. The building contains four classrooms and other ancillary rooms. Heating is done individually, each room separately with stoves that use firewood. According to our data, the annual consumption of firewood is about 45 m3. This way of heating causes a series of negative consequences, both material and health. With the project that we propose for implementation, we believe that several goals will be achieved, namely: improving the hygienic conditions of students, teaching staff and technical staff, saving funds, environmental protection, etc.
