The Municipality of Radovis, like most municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia in the past and today, despite the set strategic priorities, very little attention has been paid to the preparation of complete technical documentation (basic projects, revisions and reports / documents for environmental protection), especially in the area of ​​rural development. This is primarily due to the limited financial resources for this purpose. Our assessment is that the lack of adequate technical documentation in rural areas is one of the main reasons for the emergence of disparities in development in relation to urban-rural areas, primarily in the need to build public facilities (roads, public buildings, etc.). By not having adequate technical documentation for construction of streets and certain other buildings in the settlements in the municipality there is practically no possibility for their development because the technical documentation is the basis for a certain construction and improvement of living conditions in the settlements, especially in this case in the settlement of the village Kalugjerica which is located 12 km from the administrative center of the municipality, the town of Radovish. Certainly due to the continuation of the effective economic development, the use of the specifics of the settlements in our municipality, etc. The preparation of the complete technical documentation for part of the streets in this settlement will provide better accessibility that will enable rapid economic development of this development area, which will certainly contribute to improving the development of the entire region. The citizens of the settlement Injevo will be direct users / beneficiaries of the results, and all citizens of the municipality of Radovis and the Southeast region will be indirect beneficiaries. The covered area that will be covered with technical documentation that can be further applied in European funds, donor houses, government programs.
