The Municipality of Gradsko is an environment in which there are representatives of various ethnic communities. According to the 2002 census, the Municipality of Gradsko has 3760 inhabitants, of which: Macedonians 2924 (77.77%), Albanians 125 (3.32%), Turks 71 (1.89%), Roma 127 (3.38%) , Serbs 23 (0.61%), Bosniaks 465 (12.37%) and other 25 (0.66%). Ethnic diversity is one of the characteristics that define the municipality of Gradsko and therefore it is necessary to make serious efforts to bring communities closer, to establish equality, social inclusion and cohesion. Maintaining stable interethnic relations is a necessary precondition for the stability and development of the municipality. Currently in the municipality of Gradsko there are objective differences that lead to the division of ethnic communities, such as differences in quality of life. Settlements inhabited by non-majority communities are not as developed as the central municipal area. The Municipality of Gradsko with its central geographical position is a municipality in which all major transport and communication routes pass. But they are in a very bad condition. The road construction on the local roads is quite damaged and the quality of transport services is quite low. The villages are in an even more catastrophic condition that limits their development. In a situation when road transport is the only type of transport in most of the municipality, the importance of road infrastructure for enabling sustainable development is increasing dramatically. The development and improvement of the road network indirectly contributes to improving the competitiveness of the economy. Quality and modern road infrastructure contributes to the safe flow of traffic. Of course, it should be noted that providing adequate access to every home or workplace is a challenge for every region or municipality that wants to provide conditions for improving the quality of life of its citizens, but also to provide conditions for increasing investment. . The current state of the roads, which are the subject of this project, is far from desirable. The street is located in the central area of ​​the village Kochilari. It is currently in very poor condition, with road construction from the ground and does not meet the needs for normal and safe traffic. The street has no sidewalks and sidewalks, so the residents go directly to the dirt road and in difficult conditions meet their daily needs. The situation is further aggravated by the fact that even in case of rain poses a danger of flooding in the yards of nearby houses. Street No. 1 is 121 meters long and is of great importance for the economic development of the inhabitants themselves.
