Improvement and modernization of infrastructure appearance of the municipality of Debrca is closely related to the process of population migration. This means that in addition to the functional weaknesses of rural municipalities, a huge impact that contributes to rural-urban migration is the rural-outdated infrastructural appearance of villages. With the realization of this project, the central street and the central area in the village of Leshani will be aesthetically arranged at the level of the streets in the European rural municipalities, which is of great influence especially for the young generations in the decision for choosing a place to live. In addition, the reconstruction of the street will have a great contribution in the daily life of the local population. This street connects the center of the village with the primary school building as well as the newly planned playground and connects the central street of the village. The formation of a sidewalk, park, sports playground, protective fences and adequate lighting will increase the safety of traffic participants, especially students who use this street and this central area on a daily basis. This concept of modernization of the central streets in the larger villages of the municipality of Debrca is one of the key measures in the fight of the municipality against the trend of emigration of the population from the rural municipalities.
