The Municipality of Kisela Voda is one of the Skopje municipalities that stands out due to the combined composition of the urban-rural environment (60% is an urban part, and a large percentage or 40% is a rural part). The total area of ​​the municipality of Kisela Voda is 46.86 km2, which covers parts of the Skopje valley, on the right side of the river Vardar. An integral part of the municipality are a total of 14 local communities, ie settlements, of which 8 are urban and 6 are rural local communities. Additionally, within the Municipality of Kisela Voda, there are officially two villages - the village of Usje and the village of Dracevo. The municipality borders with 3 urban municipalities - the Municipality of Aerodrom, the Municipality of Centar and the Municipality of Karpos and with two rural municipalities - the Municipality of Studenicani and the Municipality of Sopiste. According to the latest official census in the Republic of Macedonia on the territory of the Municipality of Kisela Voda live a total of 57,236 inhabitants. The natural growth rate was 4.2% and numbered 17,577 households, 20,237 dwellings. The average population density is 99 inhabitants per km. The need for realization of the project means solving the problem with environmental protection (maintaining public cleanliness of service and residential streets in the village of Usje and the village of Dracevo, which are difficult to access for the machinery available to the Public Enterprise Communal Hygiene of the City of Skopje), and with that reduction of external influences that are sources of pollution. The initiative for procurement of a truck - high pressure cleaner, is a big step in the need for greater care for the betterment of the human environment and protection of the environment. Raising public awareness among citizens about the way they can act and the activities that should be taken in preserving a healthy environment. Let us not allow such phenomena to "live" in our environment and the main goal of this project is to improve and enhance living conditions as well as the high quality and standard of urban living and in rural areas, urban living for all citizens in the Municipality Mineral water. The project takes measures to raise, improve the environmental awareness of the local rural population.
