In the area where the construction and realization of the same roads are planned, there are currently very bad traffic conditions. Due to the excessive damage, the movement on the existing roads is difficult despite all the activities and efforts of the municipality of Staro Nagoricane to repair them. The population of the neighborhood Jobinci v. Dobraчаa, when there is a lot of rain and snow, is not able to move with his own motor vehicles due to the poor condition of the road. There are no elementary conditions for these settlements to be connected with direct lines for passenger transport with a municipal center in Staro Nagoricane and the nearest town Kumanovo. The distribution of livestock and agricultural products is hampered by poor roads and the possibility of spoilage and destruction due to poor road conditions. The end users of the full completion of this project will be all residents in these settlements, as well as residents of other surrounding settlements who need and use these roads. Enjoy the results of the project will be 300 inhabitants and another 200 inhabitants who gravitate or need to use these roads.
