The region faces disparities in socio-economic development between rural and urban settlements but also differences in the quality and functionality of the infrastructure of rural municipalities and municipalities that have urban settlements as their center. The reasons which generate differences are in the low level of investment in improving the utility, traffic infrastructure, irrigation systems and other interventions that in the long run period are inappropriately treated, primarily due to lack of financial resources in municipal budgets and in the prioritization of development activities that focus on larger and urban settlements as well as the monotype investments that are most often refer to the exclusive support of the agricultural sector. Upgrading the infrastructure will increase the competitiveness of villages, will increase their attractiveness which will contribute to the opening of new ones business entities and new jobs that will have a positive impact on the quality of life and the reduction of migration processes. The village of Dedino is located on the territory of the Municipality of Konce, on the pass (pass), ie on the ridge of the mountain Smrdeshnik, between Radovishko Pole and the upper catchment area of ​​Kriva Lakavica. The settlement Dedino is the second largest settlement in the municipality of Konce, 10 km away from the municipal center Konce, with a total population of 680 inhabitants. Street 3 in the village. Dedino is located in the central part of the village. This street leads to the regional primary school in the village, as well as to the regional road R606 Radovish-Lubnica through which it connects with the municipal center and other settlements in the municipality. The current condition of this street is not urbanistically suitable for normal traffic and the existing asphalt is in very poor condition, complicates the communication of the villagers and is difficult to pass for motor vehicles, especially after rain and snow. By editing it will enable the traffic to run normally without obstacles, will facilitate the movement and traffic through the village. The arrangement, development and construction of this street will enable the creation of a safe and efficient system of movement of people and goods. This project will enable the construction of street 3 in the settlement of Dedino in the length of 210 meters through several activities, including preparatory works, earthworks and upper line. The realization of this project will enable easier communication of the inhabitants of the village, easier movement of motor vehicles through the village and towards the regional road. It will also increase the safety of students on the way to school, as well as all residents who cross this street to perform daily duties. The newly asphalted street will improve the appearance of the village. Dedino will also contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of the population in the village, and by increasing the attractiveness of the village, conditions for increased economic development will be created.
