The municipality of Cheshinovo-Obleshevo is a rural municipality with underdeveloped infrastructure. The municipality has 14 settlements. Most of the settlements have unbuilt water supply systems and unbuilt sewerage systems. The streets in almost all settlements are unpaved - macadam and those that are paved are almost destroyed. In a conversation with the local population, the construction of streets in all settlements was stated as a priority project for realization. The municipal council, considering these problems of the citizens, decided to prioritize the streets in the settlements of Obleshevo - the seat of the municipality and Cheshinovo, the second largest settlement in the municipality where many businesses are concentrated. Priority is given to Edward Kardelj Street in Obleshevo and Aleksandar Makedonski Street in Cheshinovo, streets that are currently in poor condition and where a large number of households are concentrated. The construction of the streets will greatly improve the quality of life of the citizens of these settlements. It will also improve the safety of pedestrians and drivers, and thus reduce traffic accidents.
