The village of Laki is located in the southeastern part of the Vinica-Kocani valley located at the foot of the mountain Plachkovica, about 20 km away from the town of Vinica. It is located in the middle of Vinica and Berovo. tributary of Osojnica, elongated from north to south. It is located between the hills Strumica hill in the east and the hills Kozarnik and Dolanta Shirina on the west side of the village. The village has a population of 397. The street that is the subject of this project proposal is unpaved, dirt, not passable for motor vehicles, except for agricultural machinery. The importance of its asphalting is great because it leads from the end of the asphalt road in the village Laki and joins the regional road Vinica Berovo. - The realization of this project will solve this problem with the impassability of motor vehicles, the village will be connected with the regional road, the population of the village will get quality life. Solving this problem opens the possibility for the return of the population originating from the village of Laki, and has a tendency to emigrate, and opens the opportunity to start their own business in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry. - The population of the village will directly benefit from the realization of the project, but the number of users will be higher if we take into account the fact that in the village there is an opportunity to connect regionally with Berovo. The possibility for development of agriculture and animal husbandry increases, but also development of rural tourism, as an opportunity for opening their own business by the population that has already moved.
