PROJECT DETAILS

The project area is located on the slopes of the mountain Jablanica in the village of the same name j Jablanica which belongs to the areas with specific development needs. The village numbers about 600 inhabitants and is a rural environment of mountain type with a large distance between housing facilities. There is a central primary school in the village, where children study at the age of 6 to 14 years. There is no built-in toilet in the building where the primary school is located, ie they exist improvised toilets outside the building which make it difficult to maintain personal hygiene of the students, as well as the hygiene inside the building. With the realization of project activities envisaged by this project proposal - this longer-term project will be resolved problem and will raise the quality of the educational process in the educational institution, a at the same time preventing the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases caused by lack of hygiene. The procurement of toilets for this primary school will enable the maintenance of hygiene without need that students have to leave the facility and perform hygiene needs outside in makeshift bathrooms.
