Secondly, we are advised by the health authorities to build the sewerage as soon as possible, because from the wastewater, the septic tanks that some of the rich have, from drinking water from the wells, there has been a great infection, bacteriological, etc., so is a record area in the country with pollution and a large number of pollution diseases. The assessment is that this problem will be solved once and for all, vital for the area, from any aspect, for example, the realization will stop the migration abroad, which at the moment can be freely said that we are leaders, but of course it is not for something good, which means the situation is very bad. By investing in infrastructure, both domestic and foreign investors will invest. Condition of the target area, The area, v. Vaksince is an area with specific needs, which currently, at a distance of 10 km from the seat of the Municipality, and also in the middle of this village passes the regional road v. Vaksince-v. Lojane-Border with the Republic of Serbia (v. Miratovac) , a road that apart from connecting the Municipality of Lipkovo and the region with the south of Serbia, connects the region from the Presevo Valley with the capital, Skopje, so with this there will be more households that will be able to use it. Therefore, we as a Municipality give preference to this settlement as soon as possible to finally complete at least the main network, because the secondary network, we Municipality in cooperation with the residents will realize and finally solve a large project for those residents, the Municipality and the region.
