- Municipality of Mavrovo and Rostuse - covers an area of ​​682 km2 with an average altitude of 1158 m and is one of the three territorially largest municipalities in Macedonia. The need for realization of the project procurement of two vehicles for snow removal is of great importance because such vehicles owned by the municipality and PCE Mavrovo will contribute to saving the municipal budget and the funds can be reallocated for other needs in the interest of local population. Faced with constant needs for road rehabilitation, we must mention that due to the location of the villages on almost every local road we have landslides and several major active landslides. These landslides are active throughout the year, especially in winter and spring due to heavy rain. and snow. Driving such vehicles will mean timely repair and clearing of roads, which will meet the needs of the local population in a timely manner. The locals are always exposed to difficulties in fulfilling their daily needs, and because of these problems the municipality is forced to find solutions to solve these problems in a timely manner. Every year the municipality concludes agreements with other operators in addition to cleaning the snow and to clear a landslide triggered by weather. - The Municipality of Bogovinje currently does not have a machine for street cleaning, which is more than necessary, due to heavy traffic and endangering the environment and the health of citizens. This is a big problem that needs to be overcome by buying a machine that will serve such a need. Street cleaners collect litter from the street and other public areas. They generally use hand tools such as brushes and brooms, or they drive a motorized cleaner, to pick up trash. Purchasing a cleaning machine will enable a cleaner environment, reduce the risk of epidemics, etc. - Municipality of Gostivar - The purchase of the digger will enable more activities that will contribute to the environment, such as opening canals, excavation and load of construction debris, leveling and cleaning of the landfill Rusino, which is of regional character. All these activities and problems will be overcome by buying a machine.
