Due to the needs of the settlement Mlado Nagoricane-Maala Dzipunci, it is necessary to reconstruct the local road according to the basic project for Reconstruction of a local road in the village Mlado Nagoricane maala Dzipunci, Municipality of Staro Nagoricane. In the area where the road reconstruction is planned to be realized, at the moment there are very bad traffic conditions. Due to the excessive damage, the movement on the existing road is difficult despite all the activities and efforts of the municipality of Staro Nagoricane to repair it. Due to the poor condition of the road, the population of the neighborhood Dzipunci does not have even basic conditions for this settlement to be connected with direct lines for passenger transport with a municipal center in Staro Nagoricane and the nearest town Kumanovo. The distribution of livestock and agricultural products is difficult due to the bad road and the possibility of spoiling and destroying them due to poor road conditions. The end users of the full completion of this project will be all residents in this settlement, as well as residents of other surrounding settlements who need and use this road. Enjoyers of the project results will be 120 inhabitants and another 200 inhabitants who gravitate or need to use this road. The reconstruction of this local road creates opportunities for development of local entrepreneurship and growth and development of the local economy on the plots besides road, which due to the proximity of the highway A2 have excellent predispositions for increasing economic growth in the municipality.
