Secondly, we are advised by the health authorities to build the sewerage as soon as possible, because from the wastewater, the septic tanks that some of the richest have, from drinking water from the wells, there has been a major infection, bacteriological, etc., so is a record area in the country with pollution and a large number of pollution diseases. The assessment is that this problem will be solved once and for all, vital for the area, from any aspect, for example, the realization will stop the migration abroad, which at the moment can be freely said that we are leaders, but of course it is not for something good, which means the situation is very bad. By investing in infrastructure, both internal and external investors will invest / The area, v. Vaksince is an area with specific needs, at a distance of 10 km from the seat of the Municipality, and also in the middle of this village passes the regional road v. Vaksince-v. Lojane-Granica with the Republic of Serbia (v. Miratovac), a road that except connects the Municipality of Lipkovo and the region with the south of Serbia, connects the region of the Presevo Valley with the capital, Skopje. The planned network that is to be constructed is right next to this road, so with this there will be more households that will be able to use it, ie the opportunity to connect to the sewerage network. Therefore, we as a Municipality give preference to this settlement as soon as possible to finally complete at least the main network, because the secondary network, we Municipality in cooperation with the residents will realize and finally solve a big problem and make it a reality a very important project for those residents, the Municipality and the region
