The village of Strelci and the village of Shutovo belong to the risky mountain villages 15 km away from the town of Kicevo. The local road that connects these two villages is in a bad condition since the fecal sewerage for the village Strelci was made and it presents many difficulties in the traffic of the citizens of these two villages. The inhabitants of the village of Shutovo, in order to reach their village, pass through this road. Many times, vehicles have broken down due to the difficulties in passing.
