The need for realization of the project proposal "Construction - Constructive project, Construction of street no. 2 in the village Karatmanovo municipality Lozovo", in order to develop modern road infrastructure in the region "is essential, not only for the residents of the village Karatmanovo, but and for all residents of the Municipality of Lozovo. Namely, the street in the village of Karatmanovo is currently in a very bad condition and depending on the weather conditions it is either in mud or dust. At the same time, there is an unresolved flow of storm water, which really hinders the movement and mobility of residents. In addition, these poor conditions hinder the daily operation of motor vehicles and the entire agricultural machinery. For that purpose, the inhabitants of the village of Karatmanovo need infrastructure activities for construction of street no. 2 in the village of Karatmanovo, Municipality of Lozovo in the length of 150.28 meters, and it is subject to the request of our project proposal. The proposed street for construction is located in the center of the settlement, and its current condition is a dug street with deep furrows formed by the rains in the past period. The proposed street is mostly inhabited by people who are engaged in agriculture and taking into account the fact that the location of the street is partially steep, the movement of motor vehicles and agricultural machinery is protected, especially in the rainy and winter periods of the year. This unbuilt street at one end leads to agricultural land, while at the other end it is connected to the main road that passes through the center of the village. Due to the fact that it is partly a slope and a street where the ground is clayey, in the rainy season the ground (corrosion) is created due to the flow of atmospheric water and the mud accumulates on the main asphalt which causes additional problems. The construction, ie the modernization of this street with a new and modern road will contribute to a significant improvement of the functionality of the street, and thus will enable the development of the traffic circulation to a higher level in this part of the settlement.
