Roza Petrova Street is one of the busiest streets in the Municipality of Kocani and is used by all residents in Kocani (28,000 citizens). The chosen street has mostly facilities for family housing, business buildings, health facilities, small and micro enterprises. It connects some of the largest settlements in the city, such as the settlement Tikishinski Lozje, the settlement Dracevik, the settlement Kalimanova Glava, the settlement Valog, etc. This street connects the city with the new industrial zone in Kocani which is the seat of many local and foreign companies. Also, this street is part of one of the routes that connects the western entrance of Kocani with the tourist site Ponikva. The street is a connection in this part of the city with the PHI General Hospital - Kocani. Damage to the road construction along its entire length was found on the subject street, namely the appearance of cracks on the road surface, pavements, a large number of patched potholes, as well as some small subsidence on the road due to which traffic safety on this street is currently unsatisfactory The current condition of the street leads to frequent interruptions of transport, which ultimately results in declining productivity. The street has an existing storm sewer along its entire length. Also, there is no sidewalk on part of the street or it is very damaged, which makes it difficult for pedestrians to move and it is unsafe. Due to the current condition of the street, the costs of the municipality for permanent repairs and maintenance have increased, which are an immediate and short-term solution.
