The space referred to in this request is for the preparation of technical documentation for the area where the city park is located (24,000 m2), the surrounding area (3,500 m2) and the city stadium (22,000 m2) in the municipality of Vinica. The city park is decorated with greenery as well as benches and children's props, but the problem is the lack of light, and thus it is unsafe for visitors and therefore is a great opportunity to install the so-called Smart sensory lighting. LED lighting fixtures whose power will be reduced if there is no movement, with such lighting will provide greater energy efficiency, less energy loss, less light pollution, longer life of lamps and also will provide greater safety of citizens in the evening hours given the location of the city park in the downtown area. Next to the city park is the city stadium in Vinica and has an area of ​​22,000 m2. It is in a ruined state where its reconstruction is necessary. Namely, the municipality of Vinica organizes large cultural (International Folklore Festival - Istibansko Zdravozivo, every year with participants from 15 international folklore associations and attended by about 1000 people from the region and beyond) and sports events ("Todorovi races" traditional sports an event in which all students from the four primary and one secondary school take part). The only suitable facility for organizing them is the city stadium. But the problem is its inaccessibility and ruin.
