The condition of the road network in the Southeast planning region is at a much lower level compared to European standards, and compared to all other regions this low level of built local road network is the smallest in length and is 8% of the total local road infrastructure in the country. . Local roads are of great importance for the development of regional planning regions, the local economy, attracting new investments, small businesses and agricultural activities. For that purpose, it is necessary in the Southeast planning region, and thus in the municipality of Bogdanci to create the necessary conditions for development, arrangement and construction of local roads that will improve the standard of living. The impact of this project is of great importance for local and regional development because the construction of road infrastructure will be the basis on which to develop a number of factors that are of local importance for the municipality of Bogdanci and also of regional importance for the Southeast planning region. With the development of a quality road network, in addition to improving the quality of transport from one settlement to another, it also means facilitating the exchange of goods, and thus the communication of the local population. This project will realize the common interests of the population of the municipality of Bogdanci, but also of neighboring municipalities, will improve the communication of citizens between the villages Gjavoto and Stojakovo, agricultural producers who have agricultural land in the immediate vicinity will be able to reduce transport costs and preserving the quality of agricultural products. It will also provide easier access to wholesale markets in the region and R. С. Macedonia, but also an easier source abroad. Reconstruction of the road Gjavoto - Stojakovo (from the settlement Gjavoto to the crossroads with the regional road R1109, ie its first phase from km 0 + 000 to km 1 + 010) leads to the improvement of the road infrastructure in the municipality of Bogdanci and the improvement of the living conditions of the citizens in this part of the region, which enables greater economic development of the municipalities, and also and the whole Southeast region. The realization of the project will provide - facilitation of local communication of the population, increase of traffic safety for all participants, improvement of farmers' access to their fields, traffic and pedestrian safety, improvement of the quality of life - meeting the various social, recreational and residential needs of the citizens of this local community.
