In a period of several decades the road communication in the micro region of the wider area from the foot of the Lakavica region in the southern part of the territory of the municipality Stip, whose area rises from the ridge of the mountain Serta to the river Lakavica is the village Stepanci which connects from the left and right villages: Suvo Grlo, Pufche, as well as the direction that leads with unpaved which goes to the village. Lakavica. Communication in this area is very difficult. The road connection as infrastructure is in a desperately bad condition and it is very difficult on insufficiently accessible terrain subject to atmospheric influences, on a black and muddy dirt road for most of the year. The Municipality of Stip strives to influence the situation with the needs of the population with permanent place of residence in these settlements as a wider rural area on its territory including these 3 villages. For that purpose the municipality of Stip has prepared a plan on annual level according to the needs of the inhabitants and defines the possible priorities for infrastructural interventions in phases, according to its possibilities which will positively influence the fulfillment of the basic needs of the local population, due to the need for improvement of the local infrastructure. . Also the Municipality of Stip invests extraordinary efforts with its own means to prepare technical documentation, perform route survey, preparation of bill of quantities calculations and in most case preparation of basic technical project and planning documentation for preparation of proposals for infrastructural interventions and interventions necessary for the villages in this micro region, for which funds would be required for their realization. All these activities are in accordance with the requests submitted by the inhabitants of these rural settlements inhabited by inhabitants of several nationalities. The current condition of the local road that connects these few villages is in a very bad condition, and at the same time the access roads and streets through each of the mentioned villages are in a bad condition. Due to the need for faster communication to the city, more intensive economic activity and access to the city, the improvement of road communication would provide increased passability and frequency of use of vehicles, agricultural machinery and other services needed by the inhabitants of these rural settlements. For that purpose the Municipality of Stip started in several phases to regulate the road infrastructure of some parts of this region, and in the next period it plans to make efforts through financing with its own participation as well as to submit a request for allocation of funds from other sources through co-financing participation to implement Infrastructure projects that support the construction of local road and other rural infrastructure in these villages that belong to the category of rural settlements, ie villages where the road infrastructure is completely degraded and is in very poor condition which is further aggravated by uncontrolled atmospheric water and erosive impacts.
